Your comfort is our main concern. Please brings an extra pair of underwear. Your professional massage therapist & esthetician always discreetly drape you during treatments.
Oops, I’m late – what now?
Any arrival more than 10 minutes late may need to be rebooked. Arriving late may reduce the effectiveness of your treatment, as it will limit your time with us. Your treatment time may need to be adjusted.
How early should I come?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. First time clients will need to fill out a one-time intake form, which will help us serve you better. Allows therapist to prepare for treatment.
Can I bring my Cell Phone?
Our spa environment is one of escape & relaxation. Please turn off your cell phones & enjoy the getaway.
What about cancellations?
There is NO charge if your Spa Service appointment is canceled within 24 hrs. No shows will be charged the full fee.
ALL MISSED MASSAGE TREATMENTS will be charged the full price unless cancelled prior to scheduled appointment.
ALL multiple service and packages MUST be guaranteed with a credit card.
